I think that many celebrities like the attention whether its good or bad. They need the constant attention to function, and will try and get the celebrity gossip blogs to write about them non-stop. Publicists have even suggested that their famous clients do something just to get in the news.
The other side of all this is the celebrities point of view. They continue to try and convince the public that what they do actually takes skill. I’m not talking about musicians, but some of the actors and actresses out their are not better than you and me. They literally read for a living, and complain about how tough their lives are. All the online news and current events websites dedicate an entire section to these celebrities, and its because of America. There is no denying the fact that many actors and actresses are extremely talented, but have you noticed that those are usually the ones who don’t cause trouble and don’t constantly need attention?
There is another side of Hollywood that is equally strange, and that’s the “weirdos”. Many very wealthy celebrities have adapted very strange religious beliefs, for example Scientology. Once again, an annual survey names top celebrity styles-and those that fell short of fabulous.

For instance, Americans found “Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria is not so desperate when it comes to her celebrity style and George Clooney again tops the list.

The survey, conducted by Harris Interactive, for Sally Beauty Supply, asked people to cast a vote on best and worst Hollywood hairstyles from the past year.

Though Americans adored Eva Longoria and George Clooney for their good taste, they may be more attentive in watching the red carpets for celebrities such as Britney Spears and her ex, Kevin Federline. The survey notes these stars had more than one bad hair day.

Survey participants were also asked about their own styling:

• 26 percent of adults change their hairstyle once a year or more.

• Adults, when styling their hair, name styling gel and hairspray as their top two necessities.

• 19 percent of adults visit a hair salon every four to five weeks.

• Aside from a trim or consultation, color is the most-used service, with 16 percent.

A Look Back

At the first Best Tressed survey 13 years ago, voters envied such celebrities as Sharon Stone, Heather Locklear and John Travolta for their lovely locks.

The current female winner for best hair, Eva Longoria, advanced from third to first this year, while the very McDreamy Patrick Dempsey made his first appearance on the list. Britney Spears and Anna Nicole Smith kept their status as owners of some of the worst hairstyles in Hollywood.

The survey was commissioned by the largest purveyor of professional beauty supplies in the world, Sally Beauty, with over 2,200 stores that offer the salon professional and the consumer over 5 cheap coach purses ,000 salon-quality products for hair, nail and skin care.

Abc’s Bachelor Jason Mesnick Finds Love Again

Jason Mesnick, 4th season runner-up of ABC’s reality dating show The Bachelorette, has been given a second chance at love as the new Bachelor. The 13th season of The Bachelor will begin airing on January 5, and in anticipation for the premiere, Mesnick shares a bit about his very public journey to find new love. It seems that Mesnick is unfazed by his close call on The Bachelorette, when DeAnna Pappas dropped him for Jesse Csincsak on the show’s finale.

His choosing to become the next Bachelor was a bit tricky, nonetheless, especially since he was a single dad. “It wasn’t an easy decision because my question was, ‘How would this impact Tyler?’ That was my first question. I talked to a therapist and a pediatrician and they said, ‘He’s going to be fine’. I just said abercrombie , ‘I’m not gonna go more than a week or so without seeing him.’ I can’t do that. The show was great and they gave me what I need. He was around when he needed to be and he was with his mom when he needed to.”

As for the fact that some of Season 13′s contestants are single moms, he finds it a non-issue. “Honestly, it doesn’t make a difference either way. I would hope people would view me as a person, not just as a single dad. It didn’t surprise me that there would be single mothers but it didn’t make me think one way or the other.”

In fact, his son Ty even dishes the right advice in his own little way. “He’s 3 so he lives a life day to day and has a great time no matter what he’s doing. I don’t know about any advice by word, but his advice by living is, ‘Let’s just live today’.”

And as for finding love through reality television, Mesnick sees no problem in the unusual format. “I just knew it was real. A real love experience for me. It’s something you have to experience to really, truly know. If that didn’t happen to me the first time, there’s no way I would do it [a second time].”
